A Future-Focused Corporate Children’s Event Experience

Mini Innovators Day was created as a bespoke children’s event experience for a corporate client, designed to bring together creativity, curiosity, technology-inspired learning and family-friendly entertainment within a professional event setting.

The event invited children to explore a series of themed activity zones, take part in hands-on workshops, enjoy live entertainment, collect stickers in their Future Innovator Passport and discover new ways to create, imagine, build and learn.

Designed and delivered by The Bubbles Crew, Mini Innovators Day offered a carefully planned mix of high-energy activities, calm sensory moments, future-thinking challenges and playful event design.

The Brief

Our client wanted to create a meaningful and engaging children’s event that would appeal to a wide age range and work within a corporate family day environment.

The aim was to deliver something more memorable than standard children’s entertainment — an event that felt creative, polished, interactive and thoughtfully designed for both children and parents.

The Bubbles Crew developed the Mini Innovators Day concept as a multi-zone activity experience, combining creative workshops, AI-inspired learning, puppet theatre, soft play, calm spaces, role play, bubble shows, magic and bespoke event materials.

The Concept

Mini Innovators Day was built around four key experience zones:

Create Zone
A hands-on area where children could make, decorate, design and build through creative workshops and making activities.

Explore Zone
A discovery-led zone filled with interactive entertainment, science-inspired moments, shows and playful activities designed to spark curiosity.

Imagine Zone
A future-thinking space where children could use role play, storytelling, puppet theatre, AI-inspired prompts and imagination-led activities to explore ideas of tomorrow.

Pause Zone
A calm and sensory-friendly area where children could relax, listen to gentle audio, colour, read and reset away from the busier activity areas.

Together, the zones created a balanced event journey that offered something for every child — from energetic performers and creative tasks to quieter moments and reflective spaces.

Bespoke Event Design

To give the event a complete identity, The Bubbles Crew created a full Mini Innovators visual world, including:

Children were encouraged to move around the event, visit each zone and collect stickers in their passport as they completed different activities. This helped give the day a sense of journey, achievement and discovery.

AI-Inspired Learning for Children

A key part of the event was introducing AI-inspired learning in a fun, accessible and age-appropriate way.

The AI Imagination Station helped children explore how prompts, questions and ideas can be used creatively. The activity was designed to encourage curiosity and introduce children to the concept of AI through play, conversation and guided discovery.

Rather than making the technology feel complicated, the experience focused on simple child-friendly ideas:

Prompt it. Learn it. Try it.

This helped children engage with future-focused learning in a way that felt exciting, creative and easy to understand.
